As a growing child, we never saw our parents talking or caring about quality concerns about fruits, vegetables, oils, wheat flour and any other edible products available in the nearby shops or weekly market. A few decades back, the whole family used to buy vegetables, oil and wheat flour etc. from local shops without an iota of doubt or any health concerns. The high-rise buildings bringing many folds increase in population density. The high saturation of population in smaller pockets posing many challenges like availability of quality edible products for the society. The young working couples have lesser time for daily needs.
